Future Ready is for young people making decisions about work, study, money, relationships and who they want to become, often without knowing where those decisions lead. It gives them somewhere to practise rather than being told what the future requires.

Everyone in the room makes real decisions. Nobody's told what to do. What happens is what actually happens.

We sit with what came up. Not to grade it, to connect it back to how you actually operate, where it matters, in the real world.
THE VALUE
Nothing is certified. There is no curriculum to complete. The value is in what you notice, what you choose to do next and the empowered state you can move forward from.
